TruFund works actively with partners in the ecosystem to support our small business clients and their communities. By way of client referrals, co-sponsored events or special programs and initiatives to deliver products or services, TruFund works closely with diverse government, nonprofit, and private sector partners to ensure that historically disadvantaged small businesses and communities have access to the holistic and comprehensive range of services they need to succeed.

Empower by GoDaddy in partnership with TruFund Financial Services is GoDaddy’s global community and philanthropic program equipping entrepreneurs in underserved communities with training, tools and peer networks to accelerate their journeys. In partnership with the EDA, the purpose of the Alabama COVID-19 Recovery & Resiliency Initiative is to support and address the acute, unique, and parallel technical assistance needs of COVID impacted Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) and historically disadvantaged Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs), as well as those in disaster-prone areas seeking proactive and preventive strategies to mitigate the effects of future business interruption.
TruFund Financial Services, Inc. is a partner with IGNITE! Alabama’s “Doing Business In Alabama” initiative funded in part by the Kellogg Foundation. TruFund provides access to capital for small-business owners throughout the state and aids IGNITE! Alabama and other partners in providing access to innovative programming and business advisory services.

Rebound Bham is the product of collective passion for small businesses and the people who start them and grow them. The organizers are dedicated to supporting business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs in rebounding from this pandemic and reconnecting with their dreams. Through virtual workshops, social media events, coaching sessions, and resources, our team of more than 15 organizations will help small business owners achieve skill set milestones to retain, sustain, and expand their business.

TruFund Financial Services, Inc. is a 2020-2021 City of Birmingham Building Opportunities for Lasting Development (BOLD) Grant Program recipient. As a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), TruFund has a track record of providing Alabama’s historically disadvantaged businesses with disaster recovery tools, affordable and responsible loans, and business development services. TruFund provides recovery and resiliency training and a continuum of technical and business assistance under this initiative.
