Position Summary:
Under the direction of the SVP National Market Operations the Grant Administrator will provide administrative oversight, operational and financial management for market level program grants across TruFund’s footprint. The Grant Administrator will act as liaison with multiple functions of the organization such as fiscal, compliance, market leadership, impact/data and resource development. The successful candidate will provide fiscal management, invoice and billing of all market level government, bank, and foundation grants. The position is also responsible for ensuring that all grant reporting is done in a timely and accurate manner to include writing grant report narratives and gathering all needed fiscal support documents and impact data for report. The oversight of these grants may also include the management of affiliated consultants and vendor contracts and the management of sub-awards.
Primary Job Functions:
- Keep relevant staff informed about upcoming deadlines and deliverables, thereby ensuring smooth completion of work responsibilities.
- Ensure timely vendor payment of all invoices related to programming and office management
- Collaborate with multiple departments to provide detailed reports to the funders and management with respect to the organization’s progress.
- Collaborate with the Compliance and Finance teams on any special audits conducted by grantors.
- Produce monthly reports to management and stakeholders on all grant activities and provide additional reports/information as needed. This includes writing grant narratives for funder reports for market program related activity.
- Provide training to appropriate staff on grants management and reporting requirements.
- Identify and develop strategies to optimize the grants administration process
- Work with fiscal team to accurately report and invoice to granting agencies
- Act as liaison between Director of Impact & Measurement, Compliance Manager, Fiscal, market leadership and program team to ensure impact measurement and proper data collection and provide relevant information to support national grant reporting

- Proficient with CRM databases
Education and Related Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience grant administration, reporting, and management (non-profit grant administration a plus)
- Experience in program data collection
- Project Management Experience and/or certification (PMP) a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or Accounting.
Salary: Grant funded position. Salary commensurate with experience.
