Atlanta, Georgia — November 8, 2025 — RudHil Commercial, in partnership with the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GHCC), TruFund Financial Services, Inc., and King of Kings Tax Advisory, has officially launched the “Dueños del Crecimiento / Growth Owners” program—a pioneering initiative designed to help entrepreneurs transition from tenants to property owners and build generational wealth through commercial real estate.
The program debuted with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at RudHil’s new headquarters in Tucker, Georgia, drawing an enthusiastic crowd of business owners, community leaders, and representatives from each partner organization. The launch marks a significant milestone in advancing financial empowerment and ownership opportunities within the Hispanic business community and beyond.

At its core, the Growth Owners program equips entrepreneurs with the financial tools, guidance, and strategic insight needed to open, scale, and ultimately own commercial property. Participants in the early cohorts will receive individualized support, mentorship, and resources to become property owners or investors in the same spaces they have historically rented—transforming their relationship to their businesses and their financial futures.
