Our loans and lending services include a Small Business loan, a TruAccess Contractor Mobilization loan, a Real Estate Acquisition Program loan along with Business Advisory Services for growing business enterprises. With our loan programs, we seek to support the health, sustainability, and growth of small businesses, especially those that are located in economically distressed areas, and those from underserved communities.
Our small business borrowers have used loans in many ways to help sustain and expand their businesses. Loans have been used for working capital, inventory and equipment, leasehold improvements, or refinancing existing high-cost debt.
