As the Founder and President of Community Sustainability Enterprise (CSE), a Georgia-based nonprofit, Cox has dedicated her career to fostering inclusive economic opportunities. Under her leadership, CSE has transformed jobs into careers, financial literacy into generational wealth, and collective success into an equitable economy. She also serves as President and CEO of Manifested Strategies, LLC, where she partners with corporations, Chambers of Commerce, faith-based organizations, and municipalities to integrate humanity into strategic frameworks that drive sustainable impact.
Cox’s vast experience includes promoting sustainable homeownership and small business growth through financial literacy, workforce development, and one-on-one coaching. Her ability to create and lead collaborative partnerships has made her a key driver of socioeconomic transformation across the Southeast. In her role as Executive Director of the Gwinnett Chamber Foundation, she has spearheaded initiatives to educate, certify, and create opportunities for small, minority, veteran, and women-owned businesses.
