TruFund Financial Services Welcomes OC Isaac as New Chief Lending Officer
New York, NY – March 20, 2025 – TruFund Financial Services, a mission-driven financial institution dedicated to fostering economic development and expanding access to capital, is pleased to announce the appointment of OC Isaac as its new Chief Lending Officer (CLO). In this role, Isaac will lead TruFund’s strategic lending initiatives to increase access to capital for small businesses and underserved communities.
OC Isaac is a seasoned financial executive with over 15 years of experience in lending, credit administration, and mission-driven economic development. OC began his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, specializing in capital markets and structured finance.
His commitment to community and economic development led him to the CDFI sector, where he first served as a Presidential Appointee under President Obama at the Small Business Administration (SBA). As a Special Advisor in the Office of Capital Access, he played a key role in shaping small business lending policies and programs at the national level.
Throughout his career, OC has spearheaded innovative lending programs across various sectors. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Locus Bank, where he managed a diverse portfolio that included housing, renewable energy, and small business financing. Prior to this, OC served as Chief Credit Officer at PCR Business Finance and held senior management-level lending roles within the CDFI sector.
